Retail Operations Specialist

The Retail Operations Specialist plays an integral role in our Channel team, providing dedicated support to retail outlets across Australia. This critical role ensures retailers can focus on growing sales while improving their overall business viability.
This specialist works closely with Business Development Managers, providing actionable insights and shared strategies to enhance their ability to influence retailer behavior, drive customer satisfaction, and improve revenue performance.
Key requirements for success include strong attention to detail, effective virtual communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and propose solutions. Prior experience in operations support or related fields, familiarity with virtual support methods, and proficiency in compliance requirements are highly valued.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to drive retailer engagement and improve revenue performance.
- Provide ad hoc support to retailers and internal teams, ensuring seamless understanding of processes and materials.
- Regularly monitor fundamental competencies, such as retailer training completion rates and attendance at mandatory events.
- Identify common trends and operational issues preventing retailers from focusing on customers and revenue.
- Maintain effective communication channels with franchisees and foster alignment with internal stakeholders.
