Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst

The Role Involves Providing Insightful Property Performance Analysis

This Financial Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to provide valuable property performance analysis and financial insight for a portfolio of premium Retail assets.

  • Provide actionable insights across capital expenditure, financial outputs, feasibility modelling and consideration of risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver value-add reporting and modelling to produce insightful portfolio and fund level analytics, across a portfolio of Retail assets.
  • Deliver annual budgets and monthly forecasts in relation to capital expenditure, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide commercially focussed ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders within the Centre Management, Asset Management and Finance teams.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required within the Retail Portfolio (portfolio leasing reporting and ad-hoc analysis).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA/CFA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Asset/Property level drivers to apply insights effectively.
  • Strong analysis, modelling and numerical skills.
  • Ability to process, review, validate and analyse data.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced systems and Excel skills with Yardi being advantageous.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

  • Proficient in using advanced software tools such as Yardi.
