Retail Supervisor

A reliable and experienced individual is sought to fill a Part-Time Retail Supervisor role. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for the performing arts industry and a desire for a long-term career in a dynamic retail environment.

This position offers significant potential for growth within our esteemed brand, with a stable and ongoing schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product selection and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Specialised Fittings: Conduct expert shoe fittings, leveraging product knowledge to ensure optimal comfort and performance for dancers and performers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for trade and secured at end of day.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Support: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.

In order to excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • A genuine interest in or understanding of the musical theatre and dance industry.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within a specialised or high-end retail environment.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is highly regarded.
