Job Title: National Suicide Prevention Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead the strategy and delivery of a nationwide suicide prevention program. This full-time position requires a demonstrated history of delivering complex projects, strong business acumen, and a passion for performance and leadership.

The successful candidate will support regional coordinators in collecting and reporting on data and performance, coaching and mentoring staff to expand the program's reach, and sharing best practices with leaders from various communities.

Externally, you will engage with government agencies, funding bodies, and industry stakeholders - promoting partnerships and collaborations while meeting industry expectations.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national suicide prevention strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional coordinators to collect and analyze data.
  • Cultivate relationships with government agencies, funding bodies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance program delivery.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Leadership, Health, Business, or Social Services.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team deliver services across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while meeting targets.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Suicide Prevention or Mental Health.
  • Experience working with vulnerable population groups.
