Job Summary:
Suicide Prevention Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Suicide Prevention Program Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative suicide prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for staff and community members on suicide prevention.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of professionals in a healthcare setting.
- Contribute to afterhours service delivery, including evening work.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in health or extensive relevant work experience.
- Understanding of individual and family needs in suicide prevention.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Experience in recovery oriented and trauma informed work.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
