Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and delivery of our innovative suicide prevention program, focusing on providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing suicidal crisis.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our team to deliver a comprehensive recovery-oriented, trauma-informed program, ensuring excellent outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent suicidal behaviors
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality support services
  • Ensuring the program is delivered in line with best practice principles
  • Providing leadership and guidance to staff members
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and/or extensive relevant work experience in suicide prevention
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to navigate complex systems and coordinate care
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
