
Superannuation Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:- Engage with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Assist customers with account-related transactions, such as contributions, rollovers, and withdrawals, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide factual information about superannuation and insurance products and services without providing financial advice.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and time management skills are also essential.
