Your Key Responsibilities:- Gain exposure to complex superannuation and financial services regulatory work.
- Work closely with partners and the wider team, developing expertise in core areas.
- Specialize in superannuation and financial services regulatory work.
- Help clients navigate their most critical regulatory and transformation projects.
- Assist clients in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
- Advise on superannuation fund mergers.
- Collaborate with our M&A team on transactions in the financial services area.
- Provide guidance on financial services regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Experience advising superannuation and/or other financial services clients on regulatory matters.
- Private practice experience working in a specialist superannuation and/or financial services regulatory team.
- A desire to specialize in superannuation and financial services regulatory work.
- Excellent academics and legal analysis, writing, and communication skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
