Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, while also supporting customers across other products.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about forward-thinking fintech products, particularly superannuation and investment platforms.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for customers, giving them an internal voice and being the external ear for the company.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in superannuation customer support or working directly with super fund operations.

They should also have strong understanding of superannuation regulations, contribution rules, and member processes.

RG146 accreditation is highly preferred, but not required. Experience with life insurance and investments is advantageous.

The role will be based in Sydney, and candidates must have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Provide specialised support for superannuation enquiries
  • Support customers across other products
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in superannuation customer support
  • Strong understanding of superannuation regulations
  • RG146 accreditation (highly preferred)
