Business Development Manager Diagnostic Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our diagnostic solutions in the NSW/QLD and VIC territories. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets.
You will cultivate and sustain profitable, long-term relationships with senior management and key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and health institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth of diagnostic solutions
- Cultivate and sustain profitable, long-term relationships with senior management and key stakeholders
- Deliver seamless product onboarding, training, and follow-up for diagnostic products
- Represent our brand at key industry events, trade shows, and professional society meetings
- Regularly track and report on sales performance and customer feedback
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial healthcare sales role
- Proven track record in business development and high-level sales performance
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyse sales data and develop territory plans
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
