About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at 360HR Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships within the accounting industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
  • Onboarding: Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial reports for clients and provide financial support.
  • Team Management: Managing the team, prioritising and allocating of work tasks.
  • Operational Performance: Analyse operational performance metrics and recommend improvements for increased productivity.
  • Training and Development: Lead training and development initiatives for staff to ensure professional growth and optimal performance.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities and strategies to attract new clients to expand on our current services.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience as a Charted Accountant desirable.
  • Clients Operations: Prior experience in client operations in the accounting industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
