Project Officer Role

APG Workforce are seeking a Project Officer for a 6-month contract based in Parramatta. As a Project Officer, you will work within the Land and Housing Department supporting maintenance and repairs teams.

The Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer complaints and feedback received through a tenant maintenance and repairs line
  • Liaising with contractors and maintenance teams - both written and verbally
  • Communicating with tenants - both written and verbal
  • Engaging with local Members of Parliament - both written and verbal
Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Able to navigate multiple systems
  • Previous experience working with complaints would be beneficial
  • Experience liaising with Members of Parliament
  • Ability to write clear reports
