About Customer Resolution Specialists

We are seeking a professional to join our team in resolving customer complaints and issues.

  • Review and resolve internal and external complaints across SA, ACT and NSW in a timely and quality manner.
  • Provide insight and guidance to claims teams and other internal stakeholders on trends and ways to rebuild trust with our customers.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that can be based from either our Sydney or Melbourne office. You will have hybrid working conditions, requiring a high-speed internet connection and a private home office setup.
