Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist - Investments/Financial Planning 18-24 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex complaints from consumers and small businesses that have not been resolved directly with the financial firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Review complex complaints to determine key issues and investigate further where necessary
  • Work with customers to gather information and understand core issues
  • Apply sound understanding of financial planning along with AFCA complaint resolution criteria to resolve financial complaints fairly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Full commitment for the duration of the project
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in financial planning
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry, preferably investments or in legal services
