Escalations Coordinator
">At Protech, we are seeking an experienced professional to perform a critical role in our client's operation. This is a full-time permanent position, working on site Monday-Friday.
">- Act as the point of escalation for customer care team members to resolve issues promptly and professionally.">
- Resolve escalated customer enquiries within agreed service level agreements.">
- Process claims against suppliers for replacement services.">
- Ensure excellent communication with customers, providing timely responses and updates.">
- Liaise with other departments to establish effective service support activities.">
- Collaborate with service technicians/contractors to meet expectations.">
- Assess the severity of customer escalations with appropriate urgency.">
- Perform general ad-hoc duties.">
Requirements
">- 2+ years experience in a call centre environment (claims highly regarded).">
- Customer service skills, ideally within the retail sector.">
- Demonstrated experience in achieving outcomes with customers.">
- Excellent communication and phone manner.">
- Ability to work well under pressure.">
- Knowledge of the retail industry highly regarded.">
- Full working rights available to work on site Monday-Friday.">
