About the RoleOur Customer Care Specialists excel in resolving customer complaints, ensuring all cases are resolved to the satisfaction of our valued customers. They possess extensive product knowledge, enabling them to provide expert recommendations and support to our frontline teams.
The role involves three key components:
- Investigating and resolving complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Converting customers into advocates by recommending our best products.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for our frontline teams, providing real-time advice and support.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Investigating and managing complaints end-to-end as the primary escalation point across multiple contact channels.
- Expertly selling our technology through price match and exclusive offer lines.
- Supporting frontline team members with product knowledge as a subject matter expert.
- Providing real-time advice and approvals to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Assisting in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing feedback to stakeholders.

Previous call centre experience and work experience within customer service are highly desirable. Experience with data entry or administration, including Excel and CRM systems, is also preferred. High-level written communication skills are required.
