We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Operations Engineer to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our Platform Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of our cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues in our cloud-based systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and provide on-call capability.
- Practice incident management processes and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that production/system reliability is prioritized.
- Collaborate with the Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure that our cloud-based infrastructure meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security.
- 2+ years of experience in platform operations engineering, SRE, or DevOps, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services, including Bigtable, Pub/Sub, and GKE.
- Experience managing container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, and automation/configuration management using Terraform.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture, with proficiency in scripting languages, such as Java, Golang, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Data Dog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
