We're seeking a Training Advisor to support the delivery of internal and external training for our project.
This role involves working closely with funding bodies and external training providers to ensure timely delivery of appropriate training whilst providing project-wide support.
- Deliver Project Induction and Onboarding Programs
- Facilitate Scheduling, Booking, and Coordinating Training
- Collate Training Evaluation Feedback
- Provide Advice and Guidance on Training Compliance and System Management
- Support Development and Review of Project-Specific Training Documentation
- Assist with Scheduled Training and Compliance Audits
- Work with Stakeholders to Identify, Design, Develop, and Roll Out Apprenticeship and Traineeship Programs
- Implement and Monitor the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
- Collect and Report Data for Monthly and Quarterly Project Compliance
- Review and Validate Workforce and Training Data
