Job Description

As a Training Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training for the project. You will work closely with funding bodies and external training providers to ensure the delivery of appropriate and timely training while providing project-wide support.

The Training Advisor is responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs.
  • Facilitating scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel.
  • Collating training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training.
  • Providing advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management.
  • Supporting the development and contributing to the review of Project Specific Training documentation.
  • Assisting with scheduled training and compliance audits as required.
  • Working with key stakeholders within Education providers and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of survey experience.
  • High-level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy.
  • Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams.
  • High level with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize works and work autonomously to deliver outcomes.
  • Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Construction Induction Training (CIT) and current Driver Licence.
