Development Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Central West Orana Project, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality internal and external training.

• Support the delivery of project induction and onboarding programs
• Facilitate scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel
• Collate training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training
• Provide advice and guidance regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management
• Support the development and contribute to the review of project-specific training documentation
• Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
• Work with key stakeholders to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the training and skills management plan (TSMP)

• A minimum of 8 years of survey experience. Preferred 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects
• High-level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
• Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams
• High level with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver outcomes
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
• Construction Induction Training (CIT) and current Driver Licence
