Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of internal and external training programs for a large-scale renewable energy project.

About the Role
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions for project personnel
  • Collate feedback from trainees and use it to improve training programs
  • Provide guidance on training scheduling, compliance, and system management
  • Support the development of Project Specific Training documentation
  • Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably on large civil/infrastructure projects
  • High level understanding of training principles and methodologies
  • Management experience of multiple trainers and teams
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver outcomes
  • Proven commitment to quality and safety on site
