Job Title: Training Advisor

About the Role:

The objective of this position is to facilitate and deliver internal and external training for a project, working closely with funding bodies and external training providers. The role also involves providing project-wide support, including accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs
  • Facilitate scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel
  • Collate training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training
  • Provide advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management
  • Support the development and contribute to the review of Project Specific Training documentation
  • Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
  • Work with key stakeholders within Education providers and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
  • Evaluate workforce and training data to support monthly reporting, trends, and case study development

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of Survey experience
  • Preferred 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects
  • High level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
  • Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams
  • High level with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works, and work autonomously to deliver outcomes
  • Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
  • Construction Induction Training (CIT) and current Driver Licence
