Job Description

The Training Advisor supports the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training for the project. This role works closely with funding bodies and external training providers to ensure the delivery of appropriate and timely training, while providing project-wide support.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs.
  • Facilitates scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel.
  • Collates training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training.
  • Provides advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management.
  • Supports the development and contributes to the review of Project-Specific Training documentation.
  • Assists with scheduled training and compliance audits as required.
  • Works with key stakeholders within Education providers and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
  • Supports the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP).
  • Ensures accurate and timely data collection and supports monthly and quarterly Project compliance reporting.
  • Reviews and validates workforce and training data to support monthly reporting, trends, and case study development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of survey experience. Preferred candidates will have 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects. They will also have a high-level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy, management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams, high-level skills with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS, strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works, and work autonomously to deliver outcomes. Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site is essential.
