Lead Infrastructure Services

A senior leadership role in technology services is available for a seasoned infrastructure expert. This pivotal position involves leading the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure services while managing a high-performing team.

The Role: As an experienced infrastructure leader, you will shape the future of technology services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality infrastructure services.
  • Managing and maintaining core infrastructure services including storage, compute, virtualisation, Windows, Citrix, Identity Management, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Overseeing incident and problem management, acting as escalation point for high-severity incidents.
  • Developing and executing tactical plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to align services with business needs and SLAs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal risk frameworks.
  • Leading disaster recovery planning, technical capacity forecasting, and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintaining governance, reporting, and operational documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years in technical support with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in infrastructure platforms and services.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in regulated or complex environments.
  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/infrastructure credentials highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is desirable.
