Are you looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager - Maintenance Performance to lead the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance across our road and tunnel network.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of asset management principles, experience in complex operational environments, and the ability to drive safety, reliability, and durability outcomes. As our Senior Manager - Maintenance Performance, you will be responsible for delivering the Annual Maintenance Plan across QLD, optimising budget while achieving safety, reliability, and durability outcomes.

  • Deliver the Annual Maintenance Plan across QLD through our core maintenance contractor.
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet asset standards, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee supplier performance, incident management, hazard reporting, and improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Contracting Service organisations to optimise maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in maintenance asset management, ideally in infrastructure.
  • Significant experience managing a contracted maintenance provider.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, flexible nature and the resilience to adapt in a constantly changing work environment.
