Water Resources Engineering Leadership Position

As a Principal Water Resources Engineer, you will provide consultancy and technical services to deliver innovative solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects locally, nationally and internationally.
- You will lead technical teams on projects, including full project management responsibilities encompassing client relationship management and project financials.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise feasible solutions to clients.
- Assess water infrastructure from strategic planning to design and operation across various industries with a focus in the resources sector.
- You should have at least 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities and exceptional technical expertise in water resources engineering within a consultancy environment.
- You must have relevant tertiary engineering degrees (Civil, Environmental), and CPEng and/or RPEQ certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Proven ability to build relationships, develop business and project manage, as well as proven leadership skills and a desire to train, guide and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Strong knowledge and application of local standards, Australian standards and statutory and regulatory requirements relating to civil design and water management.
