A key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy behind our aftermarket growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Dealership Management Teams to ensure robust planning processes across all dealerships.
  • Actively managing safety and risk, creating an environment centered on ensuring team members are safe and well.
  • Supporting Parts and Service Managers with day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Driving annual revenue targets in conjunction with dealership leadership.
  • Ensuring effective recruitment, training, motivation, management, and exit of parts and service teams according to company policy and best practice.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to coordinate and maintain pre-delivery costings matrices for new machinery and the reconditioning of used machinery.
  • Driving continuous improvement of positive team culture and morale.
  • Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and partners, fostering trust with the organization.

About You:

  • An experienced leader with a proven track record of driving positive cultures and inspiring teams to achieve.
  • A background as a service manager or parts manager in agricultural or heavy industrial equipment is desirable.
  • Passion for agriculture and those who work the land, with a strong affinity for empowering farmers to succeed.
  • Experience increasing efficiency and productivity across teams, particularly those involving after-sales service and parts.
