We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our team and drive the long-term success of our accounting partners. As a Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting tailored success plans, building meaningful relationships, and helping partners unlock the full potential of our platform.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic partner success plans to drive growth and adoption.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders.
  • Leading onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency.
  • Monitoring partner health and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborating with our marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Turning successful pilot programs into powerful advocacy stories.
Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree; Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance.
  • Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector.
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
