- Lead onboarding and training programs to maximize partner expertise.
- Maintain partner performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with our marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive business expansion.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science.
- At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance.
- Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector.
- Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances.
- Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated attitude.
- Proven track record in client relationship management.
- Have a genuine passion for agriculture and understand the unique challenges farmers face.
- Enjoy building relationships and helping businesses grow.
- Are comfortable with technology and can see the potential of digital solutions.
- Have natural commercial acumen and can think strategically about partnership growth.
