Key Responsibilities

As a Front Office Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth across FactSet's Front Office products and workflows. Your primary focus will be on facilitating retention and expansion within assigned clients, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive sales growth and track sales efforts in CRM
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FactSet's Front Office Solutions
  • Consolidate regional market feedback for front office data/product development/enhancement
  • Facilitate feedback loop between sales and the Buy-Side Front Office Product team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of industry experience in financial data
  • Strong technical skills and deep Front Office product knowledge
  • A strong drive for results and proven experience in chasing leads and converting them into deals
  • Good understanding of FactSet's Front Office Solutions, including Research, Alpha Signals, Content, and Portfolio Construction
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and passion for the opportunities in Front Office
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Prior experience working with front office clients preferred
