Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions. This includes liaising with the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will be a driven problem solver, able to maximize profitability and ensure customer and staff needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping department to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure service standards are maintained in all areas, including Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit.
  • Maximize profitability through effective management of resources and operations.
  • Ensure customer and staff needs are met through proactive communication and problem-solving.
