The Position

This key role is crucial in delivering market-leading solutions that enable customers to succeed through strong commercial acumen and sales execution.

The Account Manager position requires a high level of sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exceed financial targets from revenue and operating profit measures to drive business success.
  2. Engage with leaders and peers to drive a mindset of curiosity and innovation.
  3. Be the primary contact for all matters impacting the customer or Roche.
  4. Lead commercial decision making, negotiations, solution design, and market performance analysis for the core laboratory portfolio.
  5. Leverage market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness.
  6. Have ownership of all pipeline opportunities.
  7. Support colleagues when required to foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in complex sales execution in the core laboratory portfolio.
  • Established knowledge of the core laboratory portfolio.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement.
  • Mindset to deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working.
  • Ability to make complex subjects simple to understand and execute on through effective communication.
  • Availability to travel interstate and nationally.
