Job Opportunity

\

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our expert Residential New Housing team in South Australia.

\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging and influencing key stakeholders within New Home builder organisations to secure our Interior and/or Exterior specification agreements.

\

You will operate with a high level of independence and strategic focus while also contributing to the broader Housing and Trade team.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Maximise sales and profit across the state by nurturing existing relationships, expanding emerging accounts, and converting new business opportunities.\
  • Develop and implement a robust growth plan that targets both short-term wins and long-term opportunities with key customers.\
  • Secure business across our broad product range including our decorative coatings, render, texture and membrane systems, as well as cladding solutions.\
  • Work closely with our Trade and Acratex teams to align strategies, influence key stakeholders, and deliver a cohesive customer experience.\
  • Develop and present business proposals to customers that provide a win/win outcome for the builder, the consumer and us.

Skill Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with strong business development and account management skills.\
  • Able to manage a broad product portfolio while effectively prioritising time and resources to maximise results.\
  • Experience in pitching for commercial agreements and managing tenders, with the confidence to engage key decision-makers.
