About the Role
The Office & Despatch Administrator is a key position within Adbri Masonry Pty Ltd., responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Effectively manage day-to-day administration tasks, including purchasing, data entry, and liaising between sales and production teams.
- Accurately maintain internal databases and efficiently manage both employees and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks to fit with the organization's requirements.
Requirements
- Preferred but not essential knowledge of the construction industry.
- MS Office experience mandatory.
- Customer Service skills.
- SAP experience (desirable).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
