Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with seasoned Contract Administrators and Project Managers to facilitate the successful delivery of commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting project delivery and scheduling
  2. Assisting in tender negotiations, contract variations, and administration
  3. Conducting scope assessments and analyzing trade breakdowns
  4. Maintaining and distributing the drawing register
  5. Organizing meetings with subcontractors, teams, and clients
  6. Coordinating Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) requirements
  7. Processing invoices efficiently
  8. Assisting in the financial management of projects

  2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Graduate in Commercial Projects
