About the Role

The Office & Despatch Administrator is a key position within Adbri Masonry Pty Ltd., responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day administration tasks, including purchasing, data entry, and liaising between sales and production teams.
  • Accurately maintain internal databases and efficiently manage both employees and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks to fit with the organization's requirements.

Requirements

  • Preferred but not essential knowledge of the construction industry.
  • MS Office experience mandatory.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • SAP experience (desirable).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
