Job Title:

Guest Experience Officer VIC, Mill Park Leisure Centre

About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Officer you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.

You will need to have a strong sales and customer service background, with experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Achieving set sales targets on a daily basis
  • Providing exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
  • Processing memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy
  • Conducting tours of the centre/facility with the outcome of turning a prospective member into an ongoing subscription
  • Replenishing condiments as needed
  • Following health and safety guidelines
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash

Additionally, you will also:

  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use Point of Sale systems
  • Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
