We have an amazing opportunity for an **Guest Experience Supervisor** to join our team here at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne on a full time basis.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Admissions and Guest Experience teams to deliver an excellent guest experience whilst adhering to health & safety policies.

On a day to day basis you will also..
- Elevate customer service through creative initiatives and continuous staff development
- Grow Playful learning developing new activities in correspondence with specialty event activation
- Upskill your teams so they are able to achieve financial targets

Please note This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is essential with regards to working hours/days and weekends and public holidays to support the needs of our very unique business.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is experienced in supervising and is looking to grow their career
- ** **High attention to detail and be driven by delivering the best product to customers
- Varied experience in the guest services industry, positioned in fast-paced environments that have a focus on guest satisfaction and meeting financial targets
- The ability to prioritise and delegate in situations that demand fast service and managing various expectations of internal and external guests
- Sound knowledge of team member coaching and the ability to deliver constructive feedback
- A current (VIC) Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain one if successful) is also required for these roles.
