Key Account Manager – Franchise Automotive Network (National Role)

Precision Automotive Equipment serves the Eastern Seaboard, Australia.

As our Key Account Manager – Franchise Automotive Network, you'll work nationally with franchise groups, driving growth and unlocking new opportunities. Backed by a strong national sales team and representing premium brands, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in the automotive industry.

About the Role

This is a key account management position that will help you develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across major franchise networks. You will identify, drive, and convert business opportunities aligned with growth targets. Work closely with a national network of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure success within designated accounts. Act as a central point of contact for franchise accounts, delivering tailored solutions that support their operations and growth. Represent Precision Automotive Equipment professionally and credibly at all levels of the industry.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the automotive or franchise network environment.
  • Experience working with franchise groups and/or automotive businesses is highly regarded.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the automotive sector.
  • A strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with experience working across national teams.
  • The flexibility to travel interstate as required.
