Leadership Opportunity

This is a key leadership role that involves leading a national team to create sustainable value for both Virgin Australia and its partners.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership and B2B business development.

They will be able to develop and execute go-to-market activities, strengthen strategic partnerships and influence cross-functional outcomes.

The successful candidate will also be able to deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to support executive decision-making.

Job Description:

  • Lead a high-performing national team to drive commercial performance across the indirect corporate market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market activity, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain high-value partnerships through complex negotiations and executive-level engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise partner outcomes and member experiences.
  • Provide clear leadership to a geographically dispersed team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership and B2B business development.
  • Proven success in developing detailed business plans that deliver positive ROI.
