This role presents the chance to drive business growth and partnerships within the automotive industry.

About the Position
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders across major franchise networks, enhancing partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects aligned with established targets.
  • Collaborate with a national network of Business Development Managers (BDMs), providing guidance to ensure success within designated accounts.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for franchise accounts, delivering tailored solutions that support their operations and growth.
  • Promote Precision Automotive Equipment with professionalism and credibility at all levels of the industry.
Key Requirements
  • We seek an individual with:
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the automotive or franchise environment.
  • Experience working with franchise groups and/or automotive businesses is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with experience working across national teams.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
