Job Description:

This is a strategic leadership role where you will coordinate end-to-end project execution across key government accounts.

You will drive tenders, manage timelines, and foster strong partnerships to grow our presence in the public sector.

  • Lead government-related sales projects from tender through to successful delivery
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure compliance with government procurement
  • Build long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and suppliers
  • Represent our brand suite in total solutions selling
  • Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs
  • Champion continuous improvement across project and process delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and suppliers
  • Represent our interests in negotiations and contract agreements
  • Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales or project delivery, preferably in heavy automotive or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex tenders and projects from start to finish
  • Commercial background working with fire, emergency services, or the defence industry is a bonus
