Their extensive selection of red wines from McLaren Vale and white wines from the Adelaide Hills is renowned globally for its quality, style, and consistency. The hospitality offerings at this venue include a Deli, a restaurant featuring exquisite dishes paired with the winery's classic wines, and a Cellar Door that provides curated tasting experiences and guided wine tastings.

Position Overview

This establishment is on an ambitious path to become a globally recognized fine wine brand in Australia. We are in search of an outstanding leader in sales and hospitality to help us achieve this vision and ensure our customer experience is as exceptional as our food and wine. The Hospitality Manager will oversee the daily operations of both the winery restaurant and the Cellar Door. This full-time role is based at the winery and requires some flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor staff in wine knowledge and sales techniques, enabling the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Enhance wine club membership recruitment and retention at the Cellar Door.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining software to ensure all menu updates, daily specials, pricing, and surcharges are accurately communicated.
  • Manage restaurant and Cellar Door operations effectively.
  • Assist the Hospitality Director with tours and events as needed.
