About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Booking Clerk. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling deliveries of grapes to our wineries, liaising with growers, and managing bookings in our Vintrace database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling deliveries of grapes to our wineries
  • Liaising with growers regarding scheduling and booking of fruit into the winery
  • Entering bookings into the Vintrace database
  • Liaising with Grape Sourcing Manager and Winemakers on fruit intake and bookings
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Answering enquiries via phone or in person

  • Proficient in use of Vintrace and Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of viticultural vineyard operations and practices (desirable)
