Talenza is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the Risk and Decision Register, collecting and consolidating information from various teams to compile weekly Sprint Reports, and ensuring reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.

You will also play a key role in coordinating the preparation of Fortnightly Governance Board meetings and writing minutes and actions during key meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Risk and Decision Register to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collect and consolidate information from various teams to compile weekly Sprint Reports.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate Preparation of Fortnightly Governance Board meeting, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute taking.
  • Write Minutes and Actions During Key Meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position.
  • Knowledge of risk management, risk matrices, and governance processes (desired).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Jira proficiency required (desired).
What We Offer

Talenza offers a competitive salary package, including $90,000 to $140,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team in a hybrid WFH environment.

Please note that candidates must be based in the Greater Sydney Area and possess full Australian Citizenship for the purpose of obtaining appropriate clearances.
