About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Standards Australia. As a key member of our standards development team, you will be responsible for coordinating Australian participation in international standardization work, including facilitating and managing National Mirror Committees' involvement in international standards development.

About the Role
  • C coordination of Australian participation in ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) meetings and activities.
  • Support to International Technical Committee and International TC Committee Manager as required, coordinating activities related to Standards Development International Adoption projects.
  • Progressing IDT project deliverables, ensuring targets, timelines, controls, and quality parameters are met in accordance with our project management methodology.
  • Maintaining plans and information for projects using our enterprise project management system, including scope, size, and timelines.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration or project coordination role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and explain information to customers, peers, and managers.
  • The ability to schedule, monitor, and manage work to maximise time and effort, with a proactive attitude.
  • An enthusiasm for learning and flexibility to undertake a wide variety of tasks.
  • Logical and objective thought to problem-solving and decision-making, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft applications.
Salary and Benefits

This is a $80,000 - $110,000 per annum opportunity, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a nine-day fortnight, parental and secondary carer leave benefits, workiversary rewards, global working opportunities, and early access to long service leave.
