Job Description

As a Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator at Turner & Townsend, you will:

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations.
  • Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
  • Ensure project safety and environmental compliance.
  • Lead project timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track.
  • Chair project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Promote marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A recognized degree qualification in a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, with Primavera skills highly regarded.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • High motivation and a passion for delivering to your client.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a healthy work-life balance.
