Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure payroll systems HR3 and Rippling operate accurately for multiple businesses.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processes, collaborating with payroll and HR teams to ensure all items are reported correctly.
  • Support remuneration reviews and bonus payments by creating Excel reports for analysis and managing data uploads into payroll systems.
  • Compile key HR metric reports, including headcount, WGEA, recruitment, remuneration surveys, and turnover.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for agency candidates, manage candidate information in JobAdder, and coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Manage referral candidates through the recruitment process, including initial screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Assist the People & Culture team with strategic HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Some experience in a HR-related role is ideal.
