Administrative Service Coordinator

The Administrative Service Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
This role involves various front office administrative tasks, including mail management, telephone answering, greeting visitors, booking appointments, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective service to the general public and staff.
- Manage front office administrative functions with precision.
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- You have demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, particularly Word and Excel.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
