Job Title: Receptionist

This diverse role requires someone who can understand and keep up to date with everything happening in the Club at any given time. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a 5-star service delivery position and be adaptable, flexible, and able to think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of engagement for members and visitors.
  • Work in a supportive, dynamic, and fun environment with a team-oriented culture.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a reception, member concierge, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week and flexibility to work a seven-day roster.
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated Salary:
